For non-SSO users added via the signer file, update the user email directly in the financial institution’s core system. These changes will automatically sync to ZEscrow through the signer file and typically reflect within one business day. Once updated, the user will receive a new invitation email and can log in using their updated email address.
For users added manually via the ZEscrow website, Org User Management page, editing a user email address is not supported. Instead, access for the existing user should be revoked, and a new user should be added with the updated email address. This ensures proper audit trails and alignment with platform permissions.
