View Organization Details
FI Super Admin users can view organization details and select the statement type for an organization.
To view organization details:
- Open any organization and click the "…" menu from the dashboard.
- Select "View Organization Details."
This brings up a screen that displays the following:
- Tax ID
- Address
- Account details
Select Statement Type
ZEscrow offers four different statements types that can be created for organizations to use:
- Combo - Sub and Summary (ComboType_Sub and Summary.pdf)
- Condensed with Transaction Detail (Condensed_With_TransactionsStatementType.pdf)
- Page Per Sub (Page_Per_Sub_Stmt.pdf)
- Summary Only (Summary_Stmt.pdf)
If your client would prefer a different statement type than the default being used for your instance, an FI Super Admin can change the statement type by following the steps below:
From the same "…" menu, select "View Organization Settings."
Choose the desired statement type, as shown below:
The selected statement type will be used to generate the following month's statements for that organization.
Change Role for FI Admins
A FI Super Admin user has the ability to promote an existing FI Admin user to the Super Admin role.
To do this:
- Navigate to Settings > FI User Management.
- Click the "…" menu next to the user whose role you want to update.
- Select "Change Role."
From the dropdown, assign the role of "FI Super Admin" and click "Submit" to save, as shown below:
