Bulk uploading is a feature that allows ZSuite to help you upload large amounts of data to our platform, instead of you manually entering records one by one. It can save you time and effort while ensuring the accuracy of your data input.
Why use bulk upload?
Instead of tediously entering data manually, bulk importing allows hundreds or even thousands of records to be uploaded to ZEscrow quickly and easily. Additionally, manual data entry is prone to human errors, but with bulk uploading, you can minimize those mistakes. By preparing your data in advance, you ensure consistent and error-free input.
When to use bulk upload:
Bulk uploading is ideal when you have 25 or more rows of data to import. Please keep the following in mind for your next bulk process:
- Allows ZSuite to create folders, subaccounts, and allocate funds to subaccounts on behalf of FI customers
- Estimated turnaround after receiving template is 2-3 business days
- To allocate funds, the Operating/Master account balance must be sufficient to cover the total expected Holding account balance (i.e. to cover all transfers to subaccounts)
- Bulk Upload transfer(s) are reflected in the daily posting file sent for processing
- All fields in the Bulk Upload template are required
- The Data Dictionary in the attached template indicates how columns should be filled out and which columns are required.
- Subaccount names must be unique (no duplicate subaccount names)
- Additional Notes:
- Customer can still manually upload documentation at any time post-upload
- ZSuite cannot programmatically upload individual subaccount documentation
