Unassigned Transactions appear on the ZEscrow dashboard when there are debits or credits initiated directly on the escrow bank account (the account holding the subaccount funds) at your financial institution that have not yet been assigned to a specific subaccount. These are transactions that did not originate from the ZEscrow platform itself, and therefore the system does not know which subaccount the transaction should be associated to.
These transactions will appear in ZEscrow up to one business day after they post to the bank account at your financial institution.
NOTE: It is extremely important that all unassigned transactions be assigned to the appropriate subaccount prior to the end of month interest reporting cycle, otherwise interest postings could be inaccurate.
